Safco Capital Corporation ("SAFCO") , is a privately owned California corporation that was established in 1990 for the purpose of acquisition, development, management, and ownership of a variety of real estate.

SAFCO's founder and leadership team have extensive experience in construction, development, leasing, maintenance, management and ownership of a wide array of real estate asset types including, commercial, office, medical buildings, industrial warehouses, cold storage, residential multi-family apartments, and retail shopping centers. SAFCO currently has over 58 commercial and industrial properties, over 3,900,000 square feet, and approximately 400 tenants under its management.

SAFCO is dedicated to providing the highest level of property management services for its tenants. With over thirty years of ownership and management experience, our property management team understands the importance of property, facility, maintenance, management, reponsiveness, and professionalism. JOHN SAFI
President/Founder
John Safi, founder and president of SAFCO, has over four decades of experience in the real estate industry. He obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology in 1978 and earned a professional engineering license and general contractor license. Throughout his career, John has gained considerable and invaluable knowledge about every aspect of real estate. He is actively involved in real estate acquisition, investment, development, management, and ownership. John has tremendous experience in every phase of real estate development including but not limited to, design and planning, contracting and construction, financing, leasing, management, and ownership. Under his leadership, SAFCO has thrived for over thirty years and is continuously expanding. John is well-known for acquiring distress properties with below market lease rates and making them profitable. John's unique ability to identify and leverage opportunities to increase value has allowed him to substantially grow SAFCO's portfolio.

GABRIELA SAFI
Chief Financial Officer
Gabriela Safi joined SAFCO 2009 and has been paramount in every sector of the company, Gabriela completed her undergraduate studies at Loyola Marymount University and received a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. As of May 2019, she has held a Broker License with the California Department of Real Estate. Prior to obtaining her Broker License , Gabriela was a licensed real estate salesperson from October 2014 to May 2019. During Gabriela's fifteen years with SAFCO, she has been instrumental in numerous acquisitions, played a key role in property management, and utilized her background in finance to maintain a strong balance sheet providing constant access to capital grow SAFCO's real estate holdings. Through Gabriela's experience and expertise, she has strategically positioned SAFCO for long-term success.
